MUSIC OR MERCHANDISE PURCHASE FROM A THIRD PARTY

You may be directed to a third party site to initiate and purchase music or merchandise.  In such instance, we encourage you to refer to that third party's privacy policy in its entirety.

SOCIAL MEDIA

You may have the opportunity to log in to our Site using Facebook Connect, Twitter, or other Open ID providers.  These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal data with us.  If you chose the option to share, we may collect any information that you permit through your settings on those social media accounts. 

Services like Facebook Connect give you the option to post information about your activities on this Site to your profile page to share with others within your network.  Please note that the privacy policy of the applicable social media site will apply to any content you provide to them.

SECURITY, DATA TRANSMISSION AND STORAGE

Our Site is operated in the United State.  By using our Site, or providing us with any information, you consent to the United States privacy laws with regard to your information, which may not be as comprehensive as the laws in your country of residence or citizenship.

If you enter sensitive billing information on the Site, the transmission of that information will be encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

CHILDREN

This Site is not directed toward, nor do we knowingly collect information from, those under the age of 13.  If you believe we have unknowingly collected information from someone under the age of 13, please contact us immediately by submitting a message on our Contact Us page, so that the information can be removed.

WEB BEACONS
